Never guilty of being a mum

85% of working mothers feel guilty going back to work and leaving their children, therefore we wanted to make an internal campaign to help them be aware that we understand the struggle of motherhood and they should never feel guilty for just being a mum.
During our placement at Iris, we launched a proactive internal campaign for Mother's Day based on an insight we discovered about “mum guilt”. We were lucky to work alongside Iris Women and the design team who helped us bring this vision to life during the agency's internal women’s month.
